Yavor brings with him almost 4 years of experience in the field of Structural Engineering as a graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE). He is knowledgeable in the manufacturing end of modular design, and has conducted numerous site inspections for conformity with engineering drawings. In his role at Design Works, Yavor carries with him extensive background knowledge of engineering theory. He is skilled at producing practical solutions when needed, as well as bridging the gap between design and manufacturing. In his work, he values a positive attitude, quality of work, accountability, honesty, and teamwork.

During his free time, Yavor loves to participate in sports such as swimming, soccer, and skiing, as well as travel and fish.
