Valerie brings over 45 years of professional experience to her role as Office Manager and HSE Officer at Design Works. With a diverse background spanning administration, safety, accounting, sales, and customer service, she offers a well-rounded and deeply knowledgeable presence in the workplace.

Valerie began her journey with Design Works in 2016 as an Office Coordinator and has since grown into a leadership role, supporting both operational efficiency and health and safety practices across the organization. Her administrative training, earned in Montreal, Quebec, laid the foundation for a career marked by adaptability, integrity, and strong communication.

Valerie values transparency, team support, and exceptional customer service — and is widely known for her dependable and compassionate approach to both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Valerie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two beloved cats.
