As the Director of Administration at Design Works, Maddy brings a unique background of arts, philosophy, and psychology to her role. With a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from MacEwan University and a post-bachelor diploma in applied psychology, Maddy brings an understanding of organizational dynamics. She is passionate about leadership, team management, and organizational development. She promotes a culture of transparency with her team, prioritizing honesty, collaboration, and adaptability.  

In her free time, Maddy enjoys spending time outdoors at the dog park, hiking, doing yoga, writing, and trying out new recipes.
