A 40 unit project built using prefab modular construction - this building is made up of 40 individual furnished studios, a private courtyard & community space, as well as a community kitchen, laundry, & social space.
Our team is honoured to kick off our Calfornia projects with this new modular building that is sure to bring a vibrant & lively feel to its inhabitants.
Design Works completed both Sprinkler Engineering & Fire Alarm.
