Today we would like to start off our Design Works Team Spotlight series with Ty Seifeddine!
Ty is our VP of Project Development and has been with Design Works Engineering for the past 2 years. Prior to joining the Engineering world, Ty worked on the construction side and has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive Commercial and Industrial project portfolios, as well as experience managing large, complex multi-use development projects. He began his career as a project coordinator and evolved into positions including lead coordinator, project Manager and Director of Business Development for notable CM/GC Firms. Working in both Union and Open Shop environments, Ty has a vast understanding of construction projects and business/project development worlds.
Ty fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. His strong communication and client service skills enhance each project that he works on’s process. He also services on the YBG leadership team and is part of the ECA.During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and 20-month-old son. You can catch him on the golf course in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
