Nichola brings to Design Works a vast background in writing and publishing, having graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing & Communications. She is highly passionate about the construct of telling a story, and continuously applies her educational background to both the content writing and social marketing for Design Works. The most important work values to her include trust, communication, and open collaboration.

During her free time, Nichola enjoys spending time with her loved ones (including her pet cat), practicing photography, and trying new food spots.
