Steel structure installation is well underway at the upcoming Maxworth Centre build on 34th Ave in Edmonton!
This multi-storey commercial office building—designed by Planworks Architecture and built by Modern General Contractors—is rising on a 1.225-acre site, with a final structure size of approximately 39,000 sq. ft.
Our Structural Lead Daniel Chrenek was on site for a progress review, noting that connections at the roof level are now complete. Precast panels are fully installed on the west face, and with the roof deck in place and steel braces installed, the precast bracing can now be safely removed.
