Our Electrical Designer, John Stewart, recently made a site visit to Salmon Arm, BC, to review mechanical and electrical progress at our 10th Ave project with WestUrban Developments.
The six-storey residential building is moving ahead smoothly and will feature:
• 140 apartment units
• 172 parking stalls
• Approximately 73,000 sq. ft. of space
Design Works is proud to be delivering Mechanical, Structural, and Electrical Engineering, as well as Energy Modeling and Fire Protection services on this development.
We’re excited to see this project take shape—and even more excited for the future residents who will soon call it home.
