Maddy has been at Design Works for almost 1 year and brings a variety of experience in writing, editing, content creation, and team leadership. She believes this benefits her role as she is passionate about bringing creativity to the workplace, but also working with people, building a positive company culture, and supporting her team. The work values that are most important to her include having an open-door policy with her team, honesty, and positivity.
During her free time, Maddy loves to spend time with friends & family, go to the dog park, bake, and play guitar.
