Sandy Hembroff has created and analyzed preliminaries and applied Building Code and Municipal requirements for permit drawings and contract documents.  Sandy’s experience include project management for industrial and commercial building projects.  She has created detailed estimates and material take-offs and developed scope of work for contracts and scheduled work using the Critical Path Method, produced As-Built drawings and generated report and summaries on various information.

Sandy's exceptional interpersonal skill allows her to forge new relationships with different suppliers and sub-contractors. She can directly consult and converse with owners to determine initial building needs throughout building process.
