Michal is a Principal and COO of Design Works Infrastructure – a company created with the objective to better serve our communities with focus on civil engineering at a municipal infrastructure level.

As a Civil Engineer, Michal has a wide experience in project management and civil engineering design of infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions and various developments. His areas of expertise are designing roads, traffic analysis, intersection design, lot grading and storm management networks, water and sanitary networks, construction budgeting, estimates, construction phase scheduling, construction supervision, engineering reporting and survey data processing. His excellent mathematical and analytical skills, and wide knowledge of engineering software and standards as well as his detail focused approach, and problem-solving skills, make Michal a valuable addition to the team.

In his free time Michal likes to spend time with his family, play disc golf, and volunteer with local community theatre.
