Laleh brings more than 6 years of solid experience in Structural Engineering to Design Works. She began working as a Structural Designer and later as a Structural Engineer for different consultants. She has also worked in construction fields. Her professional experience includes structural design of low-rise residential and commercial buildings, and development projects such as stacked townhouses. However, you can currently find her working on a variety of high-rise and commercial projects across Canada. She believes that her current role at Design Works has largely broadened her vision in the field of large-scale structural design and industrial superstructure and has also allowed her to work on more projects across Canada.

She has also now received her Professional Engineering licence from British Columbia.

During her free time, Laleh enjoys spending time with her family and having fun with her kids.
