Bassey possesses experience in the design and construction of civil scope for municipal, site development and industrial projects. He has acquired several valuable skills through working with other engineering disciplines, municipalities, and regulatory organizations on various projects, including large complex projects. Bassey believes that being detail-oriented and working as a team player facilitates the project team's ability to deliver a project on schedule and within budget, while meeting the quality requirements of the project's deliverables.

During his free time, Bassey enjoys playing squash, biking, and watching movies.
