Ajaz has a total of 11 years of experience in Structural Engineering. In this time, he has had a number of unique opportunities to work in 5 countries around the world where he has designed structures in a wide variety of markets such as residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, theme parks, and recreational buildings. A few of those projects have received global recognition. He has strong experience in the design of concrete and steel structures for both low-rise and high-rise buildings. In the past few years, he has acquired a solid set of skills in digital design methods, which are one of the emerging design tools in the Structural Engineering industry. His global work experience has equipped him with a strong technical knowledge of structural design along with an empathetic, inclusive, and organized leadership and project management style which he continuously applies in his role at Design Works. His most important work values are collaboration, creativity, and recognition.

During his free time, Ajaz enjoys playing guitar in a hard rock/classic metal band.
