St. Joseph 4-12 School

Project Description

The project was completed in 2017. The school uses displacement ventilation for cooling and fresh air; building heat is provided by hot water heating to radiant panels from mid-efficient gas-fired boilers. Both enthalpy wheels and core type heat recovery ventilators were employed on the air systems. Occupancy controls and demand controlled ventilation were implemented to save operating costs.
