April is Multicultural Communications Month, and Design Works would like to join the conversation!
Our creative crew of team members is more than just a collection of people – we are a collection of values and viewpoints. We strongly believe that cultural diversity in the workplace fosters unity between different cultures and gives everyone a sense of belonging. It also keeps us informed, and encourages learning. The over 30 different cultures represented at Design Works collaborate daily to solve problems and bounce off one another's ideas. The more diversity in perspectives offered, the more we can all grow in our community and help each other succeed.
